Traveling for the holidays? Feel free to take your favorite inflatable life jacket along. Here is the regulation from the TSA:
49 CFR 175.10(a)(11): A single self-inflating personal safety device such as a life jacket or vest fitted with no more than two small gas cartridges (containing no hazardous material other than a Div. 2.2 gas) for inflation purposes plus no more than two spare cartridges. The personal safety device and spare cartridges may be carried in carry-on or checked baggage, with the approval of the aircraft operator, and must be packed in such a manner that it cannot be accidentally activated.

NSBC Instructor Update
NSBC Instructors have undergone rigorous training to teach recreational boaters in accordance with the American National Standard for on-water skills. They help cultivate a safer recreational boating experience by training responsible boaters.

1) Find an Instructor: The demand for on-water training is high, and the NSBC has created a searchable directory of our instructors. Connect with a local NSBC Instructor and get on-water powerboat training! Find an instructor in your local area.
