Hurricane Ian Disaster Relief

From NSBC Executive Director Peg Phillips:

Southwest Florida has been devastated by category 4 Hurricane Ian. I've lived in these coastal communities for 50 years, and we've never seen a storm surge as destructive as this one. There are thousands of residents who have lost their vehicles, homes, boats, and all their possessions. It's truly shocking and heartbreaking.

Our prayers and empathy are with those impacted and our first responders including the U.S. Coast Guard, Army Corp of Engineers, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, and the local marine and SAR units.

Restoring southwest Florida will take years, and we know that many of our first responders are working around the clock. Thank you for your commitment and dedication to our friends in southwest Florida. The NSBC will provide direct support to residents impacted by the hurricane. If you'd like to contribute, 100% of the donations will fund families who are rebuilding.
