6. There are many initiatives that the NSBC could choose to put time, effort and money into in the coming year. However, with limited resources, the organization must make sure it is focusing on important projects. Listed below are five possible initiatives for the NSBC. In your opinion, how important is it for the NSBC to make it a priority to do each of the following in the coming year?
  a. Take a leadership role in actively promoting the wearing of life jackets by all boaters in small craft
